Senate Bill (SB) 571 Policy Changes (PATS 14413)
This policy revision implements SB 571 from the 89th Texas Legislature, Regular Session by clarifying the criteria for specifying law enforcement agencies relating to anonymous reporters, reporting requirements, and allowances regarding the release of a reporter’s identity.
