Definitions of Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (PATS 00052/14203)

This policy revision updates the definition of neglect in accordance with House Bill 567 (87th Texas Legislature, Regular Session). Other changes unrelated to legislation include revisions to the definitions of abuse, trafficking, and exploitation, as well as policy about reviewing an investigation.
